A Local Favorite Since 2010

In August 2010, my dad Mike Sr. and I opened Bagels & Beyond with a simple mission: show people what a real egg sandwich on a fresh-made bagel could be. After years of settling for the tiny, forgettable versions at big chains, we wanted to bring New York-style bagels and Italian treats to Hernando County and make them worth waking up for.

Five years in, Mike Sr. retired, and I found a new partner in Keith Krueger. Together, through Krueger Companies, we've grown Bagels & Beyond into something we're truly proud of: a neighborhood staple where great food and good people come together.
